    There is so much BWLegal / VCS on here.

    They have shown their cards on how they operate and honestly they are not the smartest in the book.

    Trying to use anything pre POFA is an uphill struggle for them and the courts are now aware of their incompetence.

    They have laid their cards down and it's NOT working very well for them but ...... by going off forum and PM'ing well known members on here, you will get up to date advice which is probably not for the eyes of BWLegal

    In the meantime please read the Parking Pranksters blog about BWLegal. These are facts and will give you an idea RE the methods of BWLegal

    Happy to report that this case is now discontinued by VCS (court date was to be June but they've discontinued last week, without any Witness Statement needed).

    Free help was accessed via the suggested route of the BMPA website. :T

    It was an Albert Street Birmingham case and as well as a robust defence, the OP also sent a version of the Parking Prankster's suggested letter to BW Legal here:

    Suddenly VCS bailed out this week, like pretty much all the other Albert Street cases. :)
