2. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

4. The opening date for entries is 04:00 on 23 November 2016. The closing date of the prize draw is 23:59 on 28 December 2016. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind
6. A winner will be chosen by random draw on 29th December 2016 ("Draw Date").
   
   Disney will provide the winner with One (1), two (2) night, three (3) day holiday package to Disneyland Paris.
   
   The package is valid for one (1) prize winner and up to three (3) guests sharing one standard room in Disneyland Paris and includes:
   
   - Economy class return flights (direct) to Paris Charles De Gaulle, from London Gatwick
   - Return transfers provided, from Paris Charles De Gaulle to Disneyland Paris
   - Two (2) nights’ accommodation sharing one (1) standard room at a Disney® Hotel (excluding the Disneyland Hotel) including continental breakfast
   - Four (4) x three (3) Day Park Hopper tickets valid for entry into the Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios Park
   - Meal Vouchers to cover meals for the duration of the three (3) day trip, covering: Three (3) lunches and two (2) dinners per family
7. The following Disney terms and conditions shall apply to the prize trip:

• Any costs incurred in addition to the prize trip elements listed above shall be incurred at the prize winner’s and/or their guests’ expense including but not limited to: alcoholic beverages, telephone charges, room service, laundry service, excursions, tips, souvenirs, and any other incidental expenses. Travel insurance is not included but is recommended.
• The holiday must be taken within the following dates – 14th January 2017 – 26th March 2017 and all date requests are subject to availability. The booking form must be received by Disney at least 12 days out from preferred travel dates. Departure date and accommodations are subject to availability. Certain restrictions and block out dates may apply
• The winner and all of their guests must travel at the same time on the same routing. Any children in the group must be accompanied by their parent/legal guardian aged 18 or over
• Prize must be taken by an adult (18+). Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult
• The winner is responsible for their own passport and visa requirements
• Age and height restrictions may apply to some attractions. Parks, attractions and/or entertainment may change operating hours or be closed due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events and may otherwise change or be discontinued without any notice and without liability to Disney.
• Prize trip package and all elements within may not be sold, traded, transferred, rescheduled to dates not within the fulfilment period set forth above, or refunded.
• Disney Destinations International reserves the right to substitute elements of the prize trip package at any time.

1. The winner will receive a three (3) day holiday for four (4) persons (two (2) adults and two (2) children) to Disneyland Paris and includes:
   
   (a) subject to availability, a two (2) night stay between 14 January 2017 and 26 March 2017;
   
   (b) economy class return flights (direct) to Paris Charles De Gaulle, from London Gatwick Airport;
   
   (c) return transfers up to a value of £500 in total from any UK destination to London Gatwick Airport;
   
   (d) return transfers provided, from Paris Charles De Gaulle Airport to Disneyland Paris;
   
   (e) two (2) nights’ accommodation sharing one (1) standard room at a Disney® Hotel (excluding the Disneyland Hotel) including continental breakfast;
   
   (f) four (4) x three (3) Day Park Hopper tickets valid for entry into the Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios Park;
   
   (g) meal vouchers to cover meals for the duration of the three (3) day trip, covering: three (3) lunches and two (2) dinners per person.
2. The prize does not include travel insurance, alcoholic beverages, telephone charges, room service, laundry service, excursions, tips, souvenirs, spending money, tax or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
3. The winner and all of their guests must travel at the same time on the same routing. Any children in the group must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over.
4. You acknowledge that age and height restrictions may apply to some attractions. Parks, attractions and/or entertainment may change operating hours or be closed due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events and may otherwise change or be discontinued without any notice and without liability to Disney.
5. You will be responsible for ensuring that you and any person travelling with you are available to travel and hold valid passports, any necessary visas and travel documents for the holiday in question on the travel dates specified.

2. In addition, the Promoter shall provide the winner up to £500 in total towards UK wide return transport to London Gatwick Airport.
3. The winner will be notified by email (using details provided at entry) before 30th December 2016. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 10 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
4. Upon responding to the Promoter’s email notifying the winner of their win, the winner will be provided details of how to claim their prize from Disney.
5. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
6. The prize is supplied by Euro Disney Associes SCA (the "Supplier"). Disney Destinations International reserves the right to substitute elements of the prize at any time. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.
7. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
