    That's the one!

Now you need to send that to Horizon around day 26, and send it as per the instructions on the ticket you've received (or per the Horizon website). You need to make sure you add your name, address, VRN and the PCN reference number. Getting the timing of an appeal for a windscreen ticket is very important (covered in the NEWBIES sticky).
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Quick question, there are two huge signs going into the car park, saying 3 hours free parking, so should I keep the part in about "I believe that your signs fail the test of 'large lettering'"

As it is clearly sign posted?

You leave that in. It is for the PPC to prove its case, you don't do their job for them

It's not just the signage at the car park entrance, it's all the signage throughout the car park that are in play.

Doesn't matter and offering free parking is not the same as displaying terms clearly including the parking charge of £100 (or £60)? Is it £60 reduced to £45, or something? Or the more usual £100 artificially reduced to £60?

And none of it matters because Highview don't use the POFA 2012 in their Notice to Keeper letters even if they send you one, and they will most likely forget if you time the appeal deliberately to day 26 - the advice says that for a reason! The appeal point of 'no keeper liability' then wins the day at POPLA, with our help.

You've typed that RIGHT under my signature that tells you where the link is...on EVERY page at the top, that gets you to page one!

How do people keep doing this, isn't my signature colourful enough? READ IT PLEASE.

No link needed. No link given. It's right there up the top of any page - 2 clicks and you are reading the sticky thread.
