Sky q issue

Does anyone else have issues with the thumbnails missing in sky q. We had sky q installed two weeks ago and everything was there for the first two days but now the thumbnails are missing and also we keep getting a connection issue banner across the top of the screen even though everything is connected. Sky can't offer an answer nor can they fix it. Im a little Annoyed because it might only be a small issue but I don't feel Im getting the "viewing experience" that sky keep advertising.
