DRP, Zenith Collections & G24 Ltd

Hi there,
So around June 2015, i parked in Birmingham Curzon Gateway Accomadation parking and got a PCN from G24 Ltd in September time. I ignored all the letters until I started getting court threatened by Zenith. I ignored all letters from DRP and G24 Ltd.

I was penalized for unauthorised parking. I have emailed Zenith to ask the exact reason for the PCN instead of the broad reason of unauthorised parking. when I asked for why it was unauthorised this was the response:

"The time to challenge the charge has now expired and therefore access to the Independent Appeals Service (if applicable) is no longer available. I have made notes on your file, but it does not alter our position and this parking charge will stand.
Regarding an appeal, there is no record of one such being received. If this correspondence was sent via recorded/special delivery to ensure receipt, please provide the tracker number and I will investigate the matter further."

I never kept any off the letters until I got the debt collection letter from DRP and zenith so I cannot apply through POPL. As a young lad I don't want to be taken to court and I don't want bad credit and was just wondering what I should do about this? Advice and guidance please.

LOL, G24 never do court, look, so you can't get bad credit (even if you lost in court you don't get a CCJ anyway if you then paid, so no risk):

Those reliable court claim figures from the BMPA (charity) shows zero claims.

If you search this forum for 'G24' you will find almost every charge is cancelled by the retailers when shoppers complain. So do that, even now. And relax and read other G24 threads, they are quite amusing, nothing to worry about.

Debt Recovery Plus and Zenith are the same group of scammers, just different headed notepaper, you should not contact them they are also liars.
They have no interest in your problems or appeals they just want your money nothing else, don't give it to them.

Back on the first page where you clicked 'new thread' and seemingly didn't read the threads at the top.

The NEWBIES thread is in capitals, calling to newbies to 'PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST' otherwise we can't cope with all the 'what do I do?' threads. The FAQS cover appeal stages, debt collector 'pathetic hot air' stage, the lot.
