Housing benefits - non dependent deduction

Hello, I rent a house from my local council and I was just wonding if anyone would know if expense are taking in consideration to my non dependent self employed income, I am on housing benefits and I can't work out if what they have sent ne is right or wrong.

Also she is thinking about claiming working tax credit sooner so is that included as an income to how much she will have to pay for rent??
