Can you manage your smartwatch from a PC?

I've recently acquired four smartwatches/fitness bands. I'm not a smartphone user so I'm hoping that somewhere there's a simple software package which allows me to access the functions without the culture shock of a smartphone.
I've done a little research and I see that some companies do provide software for Windows with their phones but I can't find that generic package I need.
The watches seem to be identified with the model numbers SW016 and SW322. A lot of references came up when I searched for these.
Any help greatly appreciated.

I was under the impression that a smart watch was an accessory for a mobile phone.
ie see your texts, interact with some apps etc..
I could be wrong and I am now off to find out0 -
Thank you for the effort. It was the right watch but doesn't contain the sort of information I'm looking for. Because I don't use a smartphone I have little control over the watch functions and could really do with software on my PC to manage it.
I am considering the purchase of a smartphone. What's holding me back is that I don't know what use I'll get out of it. I've got four of these watches and I guess I'll finish up giving them to friends and family.0 -

I was of a similar mind until I decided on a whim to do a search and see what I came up with. There is software out there but rather than just download something which is for the wrong watch/fitness band I thought I'd find out more from someone who is more technically savvy than me.
If you find anything interesting please let me know.0 -

Although some smart watches can function independently, I'd still say a 'smart watch' is one that's paired to a phone as that's where the smart functions come from. I can see in time when display technology improves to have sharper displays and have decent batterylife it could be desirable to have a smart watch without being paired to a phone or currently using one as a fitness device but I'm not clear on what the OP wants to use a smart watch for without a phone.

To answer your question: I can pair any of the four smartwatches I have with my phone but as it's not a smartphone I cannot install the app to access the control panel on any of them. The one I've named here is quite comprehensive in its onboard software so there isn't so much of a problem with that but the others are virtually inoperable - I can't even adjust the time on them. They are more accurately described as fitness bands rather than smartwatches but they do share some of the functions such as Bluetooth.0
