Hi
I'm thinking of purchasing a 20in Beko LCD from Argos and wondered if anyone has used it or had any comments.
http://www.argos.co.uk/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?storeId=10001&langId=-1&catalogId=3151&productId=120347&Trail=C%24cip%3D21872.Sound%2Band%2Bvision%3EC%24cip%3D21947.Televisions%3EC%24cip%3D21948.Plasma%2Band%2BLCD%2Btelevisions&categoryId=21948&clickfrom=name
The price seems aggressive (299 pounds) and it's the most competitive I can see on the web. I have read a review (see link below) which is promising but would appreciate MSE user comments more.

Cheap dvd players are everywhere. I picked up a cheapy at Asda about £30, it wasn't region free off the shelf, but if you enter the make and model number and the words "hack or crack" in google you can easily find the code for your machine. Try to avoid Sony as they seem very hard to crack, but I'm sure you cant buy a Sony for £30 anyway
. Find one you like and make a note of make and model and find the crack for it first.

I bought a Beko 20" last year it was £500 then. Had no problems at all with it. Also we have a Toshiba lcd tv at home aswell and they are identical and the remote works with both sets. I assume that Toshiba make the Beko models also.:beer:0
