well, there's a section "how it works" on the site, if you click on that it tells you what to do- looks like you just e-mail them the details of what you want and they put the post on the board. It also says you can contact them if you have any questions.0 -

There is a website that has a seedswap on it called living good life.

it's a forum for the gardening minded to farmers.
There is another called Allotments4all that has been going a long time and they too have a swop section. A lot of knowledgeable gardeners on there too.0
