Hi all i have recently moved house sold my old one and moved to another. The solicitor i used was very disappointing so im a little worried i haven't received the right paperwork. The only thing i have received since completion is the land registry documents, is there any other paperwork i should have received? Thanks in advance

Just Land Registry documents is fine. What are you expecting? You'll already have your survey and searches from before.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

There's nothing you need to be sent - the bare minimum they need to do is register your title. If there was ancillary paperwork (planning permissions, NHBC, etc) then it's handy for you to have a copy, if not then they'll be stored with your titles at your solicitors or your lender.0
