What is the point to follow a lad in social networks? ARe you trying to dig in smth on him and use it as a proof of his bad work perfomance? If his bad work preformance affects you - then go to the manager and rise this issue, but not his presence in social. Being proffesional is not only do the job properly. Ability to settle an issue civilized and effective way is better then caviling. Even if you don't lose your job you may earn a nasty reputation. Think twice before doing smth which make someone a problem.0
