Options
Hi I switched to a one year fixed duel fuel tariff about two months ago from swalec, my butty Hado the smart meters put in with British Gas and said about them so I decided to look into them so I contacted EON they gave me a date to change both meters the engineer turned up on the day and looked at my meters then said that he couldn't install the smart ones because of the signal and left the very next day my next door neighbour had smart meters put in with swalec no problem I phoned EON up to complain about it and they didn't want to know about it what I'm wondering is would I be able to get out of the new year deal with EON because they cannot let me save money by having smart meters to be able to monitor and reduce my energy bills i have heard that water providers wiLloyd compensate you if they can't fit a water meter for you any advice would be much appreciated Thanks Kevin.
