Used them before for tyres and AC recharge but thought I'd take advantage of their cheap MOT. Car failed and was told tyres and shocks needed doing.
said OK you may as well do the springs too. Got there at 12 was told to come back at 5 to collect the car (had led me to believe this was a sit and wait job) Got a call at 5:30pm as I'm walking back up saying the car wasn't done. 2hours later at 8:30pm I got my car back and I had to return the next day for the MOT! They'd obviously not started the job until last thing
Next day in the light i discovered:
They had not refitted all the interior trim loose screws and rivets rolling about or some lost altogether
Rear alloys both damaged one fairly heavy gouges to very edge
Shocks and spring fitted using old rubbers one bump stop clearly rotten (they're 10 years old BMW do a fitting kit for shocks and springs surely it should of been used)
I complained loudly enough the area manager was sent to look at the car and agreed the one wheel was damaged the other was stone chips (FUNNY THERE'S NONE ON THE FRONT). Offered to pay for one wheel. I said "I want my money back you've wasted my time and failed to do the job correctly" he seemed surprised by this and said email the parts prices from the dealer. This I did, not heard a peep out of them since.
Anyone else had the pleasure of dealing with them once they

Used these clowns to mot a Citroen once and the list for the mot and the prices quoted was far more than the car was worth. Half the jobs were easy at home jobs and pedantic on others. Needless to say have never been back.0
