Melbourne - holiday apartments in St Kilda

Hello - am on the hunt for an apartment to rent in Melbourne next March for a few nights. We are a family of 3 & looking to stay in St Kilda area. Not keen on big 'serviced' apartments but came across Espresso apartments which have lovely looking apartments in several cities across Australia.
Deal is to pay deposit but credit card & balance shortly before arrival once again card or PayPal. Wondered if anyone had heard of them? Or booked with them? Or got any other suggestions for lovely apartments?
