Terminate rent contract early because of unexpected noisy renovation

Hi everyone,
I've recently committed to the rent contract for 3 years with 6 months break clause with 2 months notice (i. e. the earliest - notify in February, break in April). In 1.5 weeks after rent started (2.5 weeks after rent negotiations started) I got the notification from the managing agency that huge 12-week long (i. e. until the beginning of February) house renovation is starting in several days. And it started in several days after that.
The fact of renovation itself does not prevent from living at the property (i. e. electricity/gas works, water flows etc) yet every day at 8:00 they start very noisy repairs (drilling, scraping floors, using jackhammer) and it's sickening to even prepare for work (e. g. shower and breakfast) in this noise.
Have they anyhow broke the law not telling me there is renovation coming while negotiating the rent? They clearly knew it is coming since such a big 12-week renovation cannot be planned in 1.5 weeks period IMHO.
Is there any way to break the contract without repercussions or do I have to wait until the break clause?

P. S. It seems the property has been recently converted from business rent because it's not yet in Council Tax valuation list. Maybe this changes anything...

By the time you can use the break clause the renovations will be finished and there will be no need to use it...0

No.
It's inconvenient but having to listen to workmen improving the fabric of your home while you're eating your breakfast - before leaving the house - is not any kind of grounds to terminate early.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

LL has no control over works outside of the place your renting in.
Maybe your council has a planning register for any building works being carried and perhaps you could have checked?"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"

The destructive, noisiest work will be the earliest stages, as the property's being stripped out. Once they get on to putting things back together, it'll go down to power saws, then mostly hand-tools.0

In the context of a 3 year rental, 12 weeks is nothing. And one week of that will be Christmas and New Year, when not a lot is likely to be done. Suggest you chill out and get over yourself - building noise is irritating, not "sickening"0

Are you saying that the works are going on in the house that you are living in now? Or are they in a different property somewhere that isn't part of your living space?0
