My in laws were approached last week on the doorstep by someone claiming to be selling cheaper energy through Scottish Electric.
The BIG 6 Energy Companies agreed voluntary to stop unsolicited/cold call doorstep sales." over four years ago.
They were not barred from making pre arranged calls.0
