Next Sofa Delivery - Problems

After a bit of advice here...
Just had a sofa delivered from Next and have had some issues:
- Delivery man knocks on the door and informs they have forgotten a drill so can't fix the sofa legs
- Told them I have screw driver if that suffices, they said the screwdriver doesn't do a professional job
-Then the bring the sofa in and stain my cream carpet with muddy shoes, at this point I asked them to wear coverups and they did, but damage is doe, I have mud stain
-Then they told me it wasn't in their service to unpack the two piece sofa, I informed them that I was assured when purchasing that this would be taken care of so after much deliberation and unwillingly, they unwrapped the sofa and put it together
All in all, very shoddy.
I called Next customer services and so far they have been good about it all. They are looking into arranging compensation for the dirt on the carpet and not bringing a drill to fit the sofa feet.
What should I expect here as compensation?

The equivalent of whatever it costs to rent a rug doctor machine if a bit of sponging doesn't remove the mud.0
