Just booked the cosmopolitan hotel in new york through this company. They have taken the money. Does this mean that the booking is confirmed? as this company do not give you a confirmation straight away.

Hi,
They usually only take the first nights cost, but of course it depends when you are going. If it is real soon, they probably will take it all. If you are unsure whether it is booked or not, give them a ring. Check Martin's callchecker and you will see you can ring USA for 0.5p per minute. Make sure you get the person's name who you speak to. We are going to be in New York mid December, staying at the Cosmo, so if you can post a review on TA on your return. Have a good trip and enjoy.
