AS Parking case thrown out - bad particulars of claim

The judge struck out the claim as Gladstone's Solicitors had not submitted proper Particulars of Claim.
The judge said this is not the first time it's happened and they have previously been warned about this
Clearly the courts in the West Country are well aware of AS Parking and THE infamous Gladstones ?
