travel money: flexaccount vs. exchange

hi,


this is a similar query to one below, but slightly different, so i've started a new post...

i'm off to bruges soon and have a flexaccount. i've read the travel section of the site and the way i've read it, it seems that it would be cheaper to use my flexaccount card to withdraw cash from a belgian atm than to change GBP to euros either here or there.

Is this right?

Any advice gratefully received. Are there many atms in bruges? any nice places to visit (!)
