Potterton Suprima 60 HE - not firing up

in In my home (includes DIY) MoneySaving
I have Potterton Suprema 60 HE boiler which was working fine until this morning but now it isn't firing up. The lights on the main display are showing as Lockout - Off, Burner - Off and Mains - Flashing. I have switched off the burner (mains power off) and left it for few minutes before switching it back on but no help.

I have looked at the online PDF manual but I can't find a combination of these 3 light conditions.

Any help would be appreciated.

    I have checked the internal panel and it seems this is normal operation where System Controls On, Temperature Control Knob Off and Burner Off. However, the temperature control knob is on desired position.

    If you have another gas appliance, check that there is a gas supply?
