The ones you get in this country (or anywhere in Europe) are either not effective or not legal.How to find a dentist.
1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.0 -

did not know that i bought from a bogus site ,it did say polar night, but i did notice the difference between what the dentist supplied & the other gel supplied.
I wore my trays all night without any problems at all , my dentist warned me not to fill the bottom of the trays, but to put a small amount on or in the middle of the tray & it worked a treat.0
