    Can you explain the context?

Are you claiming against someone, or is someone suing you, or what?

Is the solicitor working for you, or someone else?

I had an accident the middle of the year, I believe someone is claiming against me but the letter is from my solicitor representing me.
  • Maybe ask the person who wrote it?
