Just a heads up for anyone thinking of buying a Christmas tree from Balsam Hill then be aware they seem to have gone into complete meltdown.
I don't know if it's a one off as they seemed to have good reviews previously but customers including myself are experiencing long delays in receiving their orders, and with no updates from Balsam Hill on if and or when customer orders will be fulfilled.
Luckily there's only me and the better half to miss the non existent tree, but for those with children this may be more of a disappointment.

They seem to be advertising heavily on TV this year (I'd not seen the ads in previous years anyway) so perhaps the advertising has worked better than they expected (or can cope with)!0
