Will chase Jake at Infinity to ask about upgrading.
    Many thanks.

Once you've had the update done, your Octopus graph should look something like this. B)

Anyone here with batteries on Agile and if so, what price are you averaging per unit ?
Just had our bill after our first full month on Go and we averaged 5.99p per unit.

No battery, but 6.4-6.5p/kWh on agile. Use about 60kWh a day spread evenly across the day except for the peak hours. so I'm considered a high user!
    5.41 kWp System, E-W. Installed Nov 2017
    Lux + 3 x US2000B + 2 x US3000C battery storage. Installed Mar 2020.

21Mwh a year, wow, yeah id say thats high use right enough.
    I thought i was bad at 7Mwh.

Id imagine you would be able to fill and drain batteries a couple of times a day (assuming a 10kwh or less battery bank) utilising the cheapest times on agile

    4kw sse since 2014 and 6.6kw wsw / ene split since 2019

To be fair I also generated 4mWh last year, used most of it locally.

Even if I were to fill and use batteries twice a day the economics don't work out...

Wow - but the economics of PV must be cracking for you then if you have an average load of 2.5kWh. Nice.
Mart. Cardiff. 8.72 kWp PV systems (2.12 SSW 4.6 ESE & 2.0 WNW). 20kWh battery storage. Two A2A units for cleaner heating. Two BEV's for cleaner driving.

For general PV advice please see the PV FAQ thread on the Green & Ethical Board.

I've learned a lesson in messing about with spreadsheets on PV and economy 7 - averages really don't work with solar PV. Consumption and generation are so peaky that it is really difficult to work anything out.

Which is where batteries come in to smooth out the peaks
