No parcel and no delivery proof

Hi everyone. OK I orderEd off amazon I signed up to prime for next day. It missed that slot and they apologised and said they would arrive the next day. I received message that they had arrived and handed to Mr Cox which is me and I was not in so I got home and had no package....my wife said no one had been so I contacted then and said they were signed for by me apparently so I asked for proof of delivery even willing to accept photographs of delivering to house etc. Amazon stated they had proof but we're not willing to show me as against their policy...they said I had to contact the police for some reason..so I did they laughed as it is not a crime to have a missing package so went onto some action website who deal with it line fraud. They also said there is no crime and that amazon have to investigate this there end and not pass to me to investigate....they then changed there tune and pointed out that earlier this year I had a couple of packages go missing which did happen and I received a refund..I think know hey are trying to insinuate that I am falsely claiming they have not arrived to get my money back which I haven't and they have no proof of...I found a thread online which I copied and sent to theme stating that they missed the original all contracts to date of next day delivery and also failing to provide proof of delivery..now they are ignoring me and I have no refund and still no package...before they stopped ignoring me they just kept sending the same message back to me which looked to be a generated message that they copy and paste...please help

How did you pay? Get your card provider involved if it was a credit card and if it was a debit card you could look at a chargeback.
In any event I'd probably kiss your amazon ordering days goodbye. Plus that of any account associated with your house.0 -
You have been flagged as a bad risk, possible scammer so your account will now be closed.
Start a charge back or S75 claim (whatever is relevant) and let the card issuer get the details. If there is proof then Amazon will provide it to them. If they do provide the proof then your claim is likely to fail.0 -
In fairness, Amazon should be issuing a refund and closing your account permanently here. They've gone for a middle option which is incorrect.
I've worked for a company not too similar in the past and they were big softies with accounts like yours I tell ya! A fair few customers got away with murder! Customers who ordered from us despite packages not arriving! YEAH RIGHT, you don't continue ordering if your parcels don't arrive! But in fairness Amazon may actually be a bit *too* trigger happy (I would have preferred that to being a softie!). And you may not be a fraudster, but you are probably a bad value customer for them.

Contacting the credit/debit card company is your first step.
Question to other posters; does small claims court apply here?0
