H2O Hot Tubs

Hi, MSE community.
My wife and I are looking at purchasing a hot tub over the winter period, and there's a huge amount to choose from. We like two companies, one of which is H2O hot tubs. They've got a great website, and the staff that we've spoken to are knowledgable and friendly. The prices are a little higher than some others but I think it's a quality thing... so happy to pay more for a good product that will last years. At the end of the day we're looking to spend £5k in total. Does anybody have a H2O Spa hot tub or any experience with them??
