• This prize is based on two people travelling together.
• The winner may choose to travel alone, but this offers no reward.
• This prize draw is only open to European residents, aged 18 or over.
• Flights will be from a major International Airport.
• Final closing date is 31st December 2016.
• The prize must be taken between 1st March 2017 and 30th September 2017 subject to availability. Tours of the factory can only take place Monday-Friday.
• No cash alternative will be offered in place of the prize.
• VW Heritage will pay for flights from any European country of residence and minimum hand luggage for each passenger, all extra flight costs, food, drink and additional baggage will be met by the competition winner.
• Any costs incurred by missed transport links for the winner or accompanying adult will be covered by the winner themselves and is not the responsibility of VW Heritage.
• Transport to Wolfsburg will be by train, the winner will need to ensure they get on the correct train. A guidance pack will be given to help with this.
• Once the prize has been claimed and flights booked, names or flight changes aren’t permitted.
• To the extent permitted by UK law VW Heritage excludes all warranties and representations and all liability regarding this free prize draw (other than death or personal injury resulting from its negligence) including without limitation all in direct or consequential loss or damages, loss of profit or loss or damage to data.
• By entering this competition and claiming the prize you accept that all travel is at your own risk. It is your responsibility to arrange adequate travel insurance.
• VW Heritage does not accept any responsibility for any network congestions, technical failure or other problems which may result in an entry not being recorded or received.
• The prize includes 2 nights stay at the Ritz Carlton Hotel; either a double or a twin room.
• Breakfast and dinner is included in the prize, but all drinks must be purchased by the winners. The prize does not cover use of the mini-bar, room service, or purchase of alcoholic drinks.
• The prize draw is not open to employees of VW Heritage, VW Classic Parts, direct family members or staff of associated companies involved in the competition.
• Only one entry per household is permitted, any multiple entries will not be counted.
• VW Heritage may disqualify entries from winning if they have reasonable grounds to suspect they are in breach of these terms and conditions or your participation is fraudulent, unfair or unlawful.
• The prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable.
• The prize will be awarded to an entry drawn at random after the competition closes on 31st December 2016.
