Am I entitled to a refund?

I bought a chandelier 31/5/2016 for £270 from a local boutique shop. It was on display and was taken down and packaged for me whilst I was off-site.
I have only just got around to hanging it this weekend and therefore opening the packaging but there is no ceiling attachment so I can't hang it - without this the light cannot be fitted or work!
They publicize 'credit vouchers', not refunds but, if they can't provide the missing piece, am I entitled to a refund?

The shop may turn round and say they included it. Then you'd have to prove you didn't lose it in the 6 months you had it.
So legally no you cannot demand one if they refuse.0 -
It wont be to hard to find or jerry rig a bracket, but tbh 6 months down the line your not going to get much help now.0
