Cancelled order. Stuff still sent &I delivered. Store doesn't believe me.

So I ordered a computer RAM from an online store, then called and cancelled the order as I changed my mind. My paypal payment was cancelled, and I thought all is good. But the stuff were delivered yesterday.

I called them and told them, and they said they don't believe it. They allowed me to talk to a manager who said all their inventory is accounted for.

What do I do?

Send them an e-mail so that it's on record and in it tell them what has happened. Ask for them to either arrange for it to be collected or to send you a prepaid returns label.
If they still don't believe you, keep hold of the memory in case they contact you in the future. Just stick it somewhere safe and wait.
Depending on the price they might pick it up in an audit/stock check.

Take a picture of the goods, the packaging and any paperwork. Send it to them along with a request that they supply you with a prepaid parcel label so that you can return their goods. The return should be at their cost and your convenience so you don't have to accept hanging around all day for a courier to collect if you don't want to.
