Is the V'n 30 month offer now ended?

So the simple answer to the first question is no.
The answer to your second question is no, if you could have made do with 25 months, being as there's a fee-free option. If you really did need that extra 5 months in 2019 (how would you know now?), then Virgin was a good move.0 -
