Terms & Conditions
There is one prize consisting of a one-week holiday for two adults and two children to stay at the Sûnelia Domaine de la Dragonnière, France. The prize includes: Return rail tickets from London to Beziers for four people; seven nights' accommodation for two adults and two children in a minimum ‘Classic’ class Bungalow or Cottage/Mobile Home at Sûnelia Domaine de la Dragonnière; breakfast each morning; one dinner or lunch for four during the stay; two spa treatments during the stay; two days bicycle hire during the stay.
The prize does not include: travel arrangements between the prize winner’s place residence and the London departure train station; the cost of any passports or travel documentation required for the prize winner or their guest to travel to France; travel insurance; personal spending money; any food, drink or additional extras outside those specified in the prize description. Any additional costs and expenses incurred during the trip will be the responsibility of the prizewinner.
The holiday must be taken between March 31 and !November 5 2017, excluding July and August. The prize is subject to availability, non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable. There is no cash alternative. No purchase necessary for entry. All elements of the prize, including accommodation class, activities and lunch/dinner are subject to availability. The choice of train operator and route will be at the discretion of Sûnelia and Voyages-sncf.com.
All tickets in connection with the competition are non-exchangeable and cannot be transferred to third parties. In the event of cancellation by winners, for whatever reason, no alternative need be given. Once bookings are confirmed they cannot be changed.
Passengers must ensure they comply in full with all relevant customs and immigration requirements, including the appropriate passport and visa requirements. Passengers must take out adequate travel insurance.
APL Media Limited retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event that the original prize offered is not available.
The prize draw is open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over. Only one entry per named entrant and email address will be accepted.
The winner(s) may be required to take part in promotional activity.
