Prize is a two-night break for two adults only to France. Prize includes: two nights’ accommodation sharing a standard double or twin room; return flights from Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton or London City to Nice with hand luggage only; transfers to and from Nice airport; one copy of Absolutely Fabulous: The Movie on DVD. Flight route is subject to availability. Hotel is minimum four-star in central Nice, selected by the prize provider at their sole discretion. Prize must be taken within 12 months of the winner being notified, excluding 14-17 April, 2017, 1 May, 29 May, 1 July-31 August, 24 December-4 January, 2018, or during the Monaco Grand Prix or Cannes Film festival. The winner and his/her guest must give at least six weeks’ notice in advance of their chosen travel dates. Prize is strictly subject to availability and once booked cannot be altered or amended. The sponsors reserve the right to amend or substitute the prize for another of similar value, including but not limited to a different location, alternative travel dates or substitution of accommodation type. Winner and his/her guest(s) must travel on same itinerary. All parts of prize must be used in conjunction with same booking. Unless expressly specified otherwise in these terms and conditions, the sponsors accept no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize. The winner is responsible for all expenses and arrangements, such as but not limited to transfers to and from the departure airport, flight extras, in-flight meals, pre-allocated seats, meals and spending money. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure they have a full passport (valid for at least 6 months at the time of travel), travel insurance and any necessary vaccinations. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Such travel documentation is at the sole expense of the winner. Failure to be granted a visa and or have the necessary travel documentation will result in the winner forfeiting his/her prize. The sponsors accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by the winner as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize.
