PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The prize draw is open to all UK and USA residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of Top Villas Ltd (“Top Villas”), their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
2. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
3. All entries must be submitted via thetopvillas.com and only one entry per person is permitted. To be in with a chance of winning, entrants must be on the Top Villas mailing list when the prize draw closes.
4. The opening date for entries is noon on 14th Nov 2016. The closing date of the prize draw is noon on 24th Dec 2016. Entries received after this time will not be counted.
5. Top Villas accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
6. A winner will be chosen by a random draw, supervised by an independent person on 24th Dec 2016.
7. The winner will receive five nights' stay at Reunion Resort 106 in Orlando, Florida for 12 persons during 2017.
8. The winner must pay for and arrange all travel to and from the vacation rental, including any flights and/or transfers.
9. The holiday must be booked by 1st Feb 2017 and all passengers must depart between 1st Jan 2017 and 31st December 2017.
10. The villa is subject to availability. Some dates, including those around Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas, will not be available. The villa is not available between the start of June and the end of August 2017. Other dates may not be available.
11. The winner must be a named passenger on the booking.
12. All spending money must be provided by the winner.
13. The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) before 4th Jan 2017 and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to Top Villas within 28 days of being notified, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and Top Villas will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
14. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
15. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
16. Top Villas reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Top Villa’s control makes it necessary to do so.
17. The decision of Top Villas regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
18. The winner's name and country can be obtained by sending an email to info@thetopvillas.com within one month of the date of the closing date of the prize draw.
19. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Top Villas reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
20. Top Villas reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
21. Winners may be required to participate in publicity related to the prize draw, which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media.
22. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the prize.
23. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
