Maybe someone else pm'd the poster, or contacted them in some other way.

Who knows, but it is worrying when a person posts for help then rushes to delete their posts. I am concerned for them.

    I really wouldn't worry, Quentin.

So am I, for over a year. I am beginning to think that Quentin does not do apologies.

Actually, I think that Trust Pilot are pretty good. I posted an excoriating review about a London Locksmith. They complained TP, I justified it, and the review was re-inststed. The fact that there are n0iw masses of 5 star reviews cinsyses me.

    No-one is saying otherwise, TD.

Your experience is the same as the Trust Pilot review described earlier then - where the webpage shows the bona fides of the scathing reviewer 'David' were shown to Trust Pilot as a 'verified order', despite the aggressive rant posted there, which is sadly very familiar to regular posters on pepipoo.

Did you read it? Scroll down a bit in the Trust Pilot page. I think people here are concerned for genuine consumers.

At least 'Paul' & 'John' seem happy and 'Fred Elliott' gave stars, but all unverified orders - at the time of me posting this - according to TP. Two of which were only posted this week.

D!jà vu moment... I've read several posts on Pepipoo and Google where it's suggested that someone who works for a private parking appeal service goes by the names John and Paul.

Not that it has any relevance here I] cough [/I
