jsa work coach not replying and now missed appointment

My hours have been cut at work so had to sign back on to jsa. I saw my work coach last week to restart my claim and was given an appointment for this week not sure why I have to go weekly?. I said at the time I may be working as I had not been given my rota for this week yet and they said that was fine just let them know if I need to reschedule. I got my rota and had work at the time of my appointment so emailed my coach on friday to let them know didn't hear back so phoned and left a message on monday still heard nothing back so left another phone message weds.Still no reply so emailed thursday to say I wouldn't be attending as had work I even took a break tried calling at the time of my appointment but no answer. I missed the appointment as I was at work but I still haven't heard back so what happens now? I'm worried they will sanction me for not going but I tried repeatedly to contact my advisor but I can't get hold of them and they aren't replying. Is there some other way to get hold of someone to find out whats happening I should be signing on next week but haven't been given a time to do that either.
