ive been looking into cancelling my ppi with northern rock. when i spoke to them they have told me that i will have to have a new credit searce, set up a new agreement, start charging intrest from the begining as a new loan, & the intrest rate may change depending on my circumstances, as im recently self employed with no accounts i think the apr will jump up. are all these processes necessary, rather than stap taking the £20p/m??
