RCI Bank - Memorable Date

Long shot but hopefully someone can help me out 
I'm trying to log in to my RCI Bank savings account. It is asking me for characters from my memorable date.
I know what the date is and assumed it would want to be input as ddmmyy (e.g. 011216).
Problem is it is asking for the 7th character.... :rotfl:
Does anyone know the date format it is expecting?

Ok I managed to make it ask for another question and then checked the details.
You are right of course - it was expecting the full year!0
