• This prize draw is open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents only.
• The closing date for entry is midnight on Friday November 30th.
• Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.

• One winner will be selected at random. The winner will be notified by email or phone by Monday 17th December 2007 or as soon after as possible.
• Prize must be redeemed in full between 02/01/08 and 30/06/08.

• Hotel accommodation is subject to availability on a standard room only basis, all other incidental expenses will be charged to bearers account. Black out dates may apply.
• Flights are subject to availability. Both passengers must travel at the same time on the same routing. Flights will be economy class. Full terms and conditions will accompany prize. Tour operators conditions will apply.
• All winners and their companions travelling must have at time of travel, a valid passport and correct documentation for travelling to the USA. Please note the passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months after your return to the UK.
• The Promoter can not be responsible for unforeseen cancellations of flights or bookings. Prize is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• It is the responsibility of the winning participants to be present at the appointed times and places. Winners not present for any reason or who arrive late at any stage will forfeit their prize.
