Withings watch - warranty

I bought a Withings Pop watch just over a year ago. The first one stopped working after a few months and they replaced it. The second one has now stopped working, but I'm unable to get any help from withings. They responded to the support ticket, first suggesting I take my watch to a jeweller. Once they agreed that I needed a replacement, all contact from them stopped. I took to twitter, and got another reply, but then nothing.
Can anyone advise me on how best to proceed? The watch has a two year warranty, although this current one is about 8 months old. Given how unreliable they seem to be, at this point I'd prefer a partial refund rather than yet another replacement. I would take anything though, if only they'd reply.
Thanks in advance.

First things first: did you buy it direct from Withings, or from another retailer? If the latter, then your consumer rights are with that retailer. To exercise your consumer rights you may be required to provide independent evidence that the fault has been present since purchase (or since accepting the replacement in this case).
If instead you want to use the warranty then you will be bound by the terms of that warranty, does it offer a partial refund as an option? The age of the current watch is irrelevant, the warranty will run from the date of purchase, although you're still well within the 2 years by the sound of it.
If you're not getting a response through either route then you may need to send a Letter Before Action and be prepared to make a Small Claim if necessary. I've never heard of these watches so I don't know whether they are worth the potential cost of legal action.0 -
Thanks. I bought it from another retailer. It's not a super expensive watch (around £129 - not thousands, but enough to be worth chasing up), but it's the principle more than anything else. The watch has proved unreliable enough, and I'm not sure how many replacements I'll want :-/
I've finally heard back from them - they claimed their email system wasn't working, although they were able to email me just fine.
Thanks for your help.0
