Together Energy ?

Joined Together energy at the end of December 2017. Supply switched on 19th January 2018. My account with the previous supplier Scottish Power has not been closed because they say Together have not told them my meter readings at the switch. Meter reading given to Scottish Power by me on the 23rd January. Together take an eternity to answer emails, today i rang them 5 times got through once but the line was breaking up and eventually went dead, the subsequent 4 calls went dead with no reply. Currently i am £208.52p in credit with Scottish power and have no means of getting it back until both suppliers get their act together (ironic word).

I think you switched at a bad time for them... if you look at this thread https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5627235 the you will find all sorts of issues since end of December when they 'upgraded' to a new system. THings do seem to be improving and so I woul monitor this thread rather than the one you posted to. Hope this helps and good luck.

I am not happy with Together but it is Scottish Power's responsibility to give the reading to Together. If SP have issued a final bill, then it is nothing to do with Together regarding getting your credit back.
