WAY to general a question but here's one example... (Good prices, quick delivery, good basic service.)

https://www.dell.co.uk/outlet for decent discounts off Dell laptops that have been (usually) cancelled orders or refurbs. Got my previous Alienware 13 there (for approx 25% off the price of the same machine on their main website)
https://www.ebay.co.uk for a used laptop. I generally have two or three laptops lying around of which one or two will have been picked up off ebay cheap. I normally go for Dell, HP or Compaq ex business laptops and stick in a cheap SSD if it doesnt already have one fitted.
Rather sadly https://www.pcworld.co.uk. Thats where i got the HP Envy i7 i'm using right now. They were as cheap as anybody on the day, and i just reserved it at my local store while lying in bed that morning, then drove up later and picked it up.0
