Minor alterations to kitchen units

I have a fitted kitchen installed by the previous owner. I understand that it is Howdens Greenwich. I'd like to have a carousel in the corner unit and maybe some pull out trays and recycling bins in other units.

All these things exist in the Howdens catalogue. How easy/practicable is it to get them retrofitted?

Most of that is really easy. The carousel will not be easy to retrofit. The worktop may have to come off.

That's a pity - the carousel would make the biggest difference.
