Minor alterations to kitchen units

I have a fitted kitchen installed by the previous owner. I understand that it is Howdens Greenwich. I'd like to have a carousel in the corner unit and maybe some pull out trays and recycling bins in other units.
All these things exist in the Howdens catalogue. How easy/practicable is it to get them retrofitted?

Most of that is really easy. The carousel will not be easy to retrofit. The worktop may have to come off.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

That's a pity - the carousel would make the biggest difference.0
