Kitchen worktop suppliers/fitters

Hi MSE forums!
We're getting a new kitchen fitted in the New Year, and whilst we've decided on Ikea cabinets and door fronts, I'm still oohing and aahing over the worktops. We're after a white marble effect quartz surface, like a carrara marble, and I know this is a finish that a lot of the big manufacturers (silestone etc) offer.
Our kitchen is very difficult, with a lot of awkward services running through it, and there will be some rainwater pipes running through part of the worktop. We're looking for a good fitter that can deal with the many challenges that our kitchen offers (i.e. rather than just boxing everything in) and any recommendations would be much appreciated.
We're in east london, so anyone E/NE of london would probably be best.
Thanks!
