A way to pay! Clear this mortgage before 30 years!

So,

Today I've had the refund from Kensington, and I've just paid £396.48 as my interim interest payment that was required by Principality, feels good being responsible like that. The payment was supposed to come out on the 3rd of January, but £966 in January? I really didn't want to do that.

I've asked, and they said if I want to pay my mortgage payment before the 15th December, I am more than welcome so the next time I pay would be February, which would be very nice as January is a harsh month as it is.

Onwards and upwards!

It's actually very nice that the bank wanted to help us, KMC wanted £1300 as there 1st payment within the 1st 19 days of owning our house!!!!! This bank wants there 1st payment around 45 days after we completed!

Very happy! I secured a market pitch in my home town! Very happy, going to see if I can get bookings for the van to get out there, we did an event on Sunday and earned £200, we brought a new mattress as it was in dire need, unfortunately.

So from the 10th of January, I'll be in the market square trying to flog bookings and wine just to make some money for the next year, not allowed to do onsite consumption but you know... who wants to drink and/or spend money on prosecco in January. Just to get me out there a bit, hopefully it works.
