    But halifax say they have done tithing wrong by not allowing me access to my statements for years!
    How can that be?
    Also, even though I've asked during my complaint for them to back issue the last years statements and tell me my APR they won't? Are they really right in saying this treatment is ok? So confused!

    You are asking questions that have already been comprehensively answered either here or on your other thread.

    There's really not much point in seeking further opinions here until you have completed Halifax's complaints process.
