DVD Sharing

I have a load of family movies that I have had converted from my video camera to DVD. I now want to share them with my ex. Is there a way of doing this without copying them all on to new DVD's? I think that most of them will be 3/4Gb each and there are about 35 of them!!

it depends where your ex is, share is an often misused word. do you mean give

those dvd's may not last the test of time or the race of technology, backup to iso to retain full quality, or convert to mp4

Of course - don't know why I didn't think of that!! I was just thinking of somewhere I could share them online and he could pick them up from there or just watch them

He is local to me but we don't have much contact. I'll have to look into backing them up from the DVD's. I am in the process of copying them to my external drive but literally just copying them, not converting them.

    Thank you both

copying them (in explorer) will split each dvd up into several vob files, which is probably undesirable for easy playback or dvd creation, backup to iso instead.

also, three copies is better than two, internal drives normally have abundant capacity

    or rip to mp4
