Questions on refund.

Without going into too much detail my daughter sold a nail gel hardener lamp on e-bay which was in perfect working order, however, the recipient claimed it wasn't doing the job properly on her nails. After much too-ing and fro-ing with e-mails my daughter decided if the recipient wasn't happy with her purchase then she would refund her. Now my question is:- does she receive the item and THEN refund her or vice versa and who pays the return postage?

The buyer needs to request a return. You need to make sure the item is returned before you refund. If they request a return then you will get your Ebay fees back once you confirm it has been returned.
