Need help with land registry please

We have had the company who took ownership of the build of our house on when the company building the estate went bust they have told us that we own part of the pavement as the land registry registered our land incorrectly we did not know the pavement was ours and they have said we are liable if anyone falls on it so we have said we want to put a fence up on our boundries so this can not happen . The land includes the pavement on the deeds to our house but on the first tp1 it shows the pavement is not included on it but is on the deeds to our house the company in question offered us money to buy the pavement off us then dragged it out and tried to bully us into giving it to them free The house has been up since 2005 and we bought it in 2011 so it's been up nearly 12 years not sure what to do next any help greatly appreciated ��Tia x

1) sell the pavement

2) put some paragraphs into your post

3) put new posts up to attach a new fence

4) use some punctuation

6) park a Comma outside the post.
