Cheap international calls (Georgia) from mobile

According to EE/Orange it costs £1 per min. Anybody know of a cheap way. It will be mobile to mobile.

There are numerous dial-through providers offering access on inclusive 03 numbers or free 080 numbers.
Their additional rates for the international leg of the call are very much cheaper than using the host provider.0 -

Localphone depending on which mobile network in Georgia you're calling.
Tesco International Calling flat rate to Georgia mobiles for 24p per minute and free SMS messages. Plastic card and top-up in Tesco stores, virtual card and top up online, or get the app and get £1 free credit.
